Their previous system of filing bills was dismantled, and now they are loaded on a monthly basis in Cimpl. The features on the platform allow them to pay all their invoices and process their own work orders. A good portion of their work orders are also managed by Cimpl. As these orders go through, the inventory is updated thus maintaining an inventory accuracy of 92% and reducing MACD processes and time. This helped the client generate approximately 26% of savings over their annual spend.

With the inventory updates and invoice loads, Cimpl helps create monthly analyses on potential savings and reports on their inventory and telecom environment. The chain retailer was able to save 126 hours per month, and have actual recurring savings of $32,000 per month. These savings were achieved through discovering active devices that were no longer in use, billing errors, and implementing cost appropriate contracts.

Their telecom team join the monthly webinars for continuous learning and usage of the platform. With Cimpl, this customer was able to reap an ROI of 106% in 2018.
