Cimpl Customer Forum, Yet Another Success in Montreal!

Cimpl presents Roadmap at Regional Customer Event

On June 5th, Cimpl held its Annual Customer Focused Forum at the Centre Mont-Royal. The Montreal Forum came after the success of Etelesolv’s very first Annual Customer Forum held in Toronto earlier this year.

The acclaimed event was led by Cimpl’s team of experts and included several key local clients. Christopher Thierry, President of Cimpl (in the picture), and his team presented the product-specific roadmap for Cimpl and shared best practices from current customers. Clients were brought up to speed on the changes happening at Cimpl, namely those transforming our software for improved IT and Telecom Expense Management. Cimpl is constantly adapting to changing customer needs, while maintaining strong relationships with clients as its foundation.

The forum is one of the many ways in which we listen and address the challenges that our customers may face. The Toronto forum confirmed the value in providing an environment of open dialogue with our clients and we sought to do the same in Montreal. We saw great results at both regional forums, a testament to our Customer Intimate Core Value. The event reinforced our already strong sense of how Cimpl helps our clients today and more importantly, how we can improve in the future.

The panel of experts elaborated on the growing scope of Telemanager's (Cimpl's software at the time) functionalities and customers received input from their peers on how to best optimize Telecom & IT management using Cimpl’s software platform. For example, clients using Telemanager to manage wireless and telecom expenses learned how the software’s inventory lifecycle methodology could be applied all over the organization to manage services outside the scope of telecom. Cimpl provides its clients with the resources to foster productivity and achieve greater results.

The Annual Customer Forum is yet another Cimpl venue for the exchange of ideas and of experiences with other users on the best practices to Take Back Control of organizations’ Telecom and IT. This event will be held in separate regions and occur annually throughout Canada. New venues will scheduled so stay tuned!
