Cimpl’s First Annual Customer Forum in Toronto

Premier Customer Event Reveals Telemanager (Now Cimpl) Roadmap

Cimpl held its first Annual Customer Focused Forum last month in Toronto and shared its product-specific roadmap for Cimpl as well as best practices from current clients.

The keynote presentation was done by a large Canadian financial institution. The scope of this implementation covered over 80 different asset types representing over 400,000 services. Hence, it was a unique opportunity to share precious information on how automation is driving ongoing cost avoidance both in telecom and IT helpdesk operations years after being installed.

Such event provides a venue for our customers to learn from their peers and our team of experts about the trends and developments that can help them achieve greater results. As a customer intimacy focused company, Cimpl's team dedicated its time to listen and understand the challenges their clients face daily. Indeed, we keep working in providing the resources and solutions our clients need to Take Back Control. We want them to identify the opportunities, reduce risks and costs, enhance productivity and make well-informed business decisions. 

Managing wireless and telecom expenses is what most of Cimpl's clients do today. However they more and more are starting to look at how Telemanager’s (Now Cimpl's) inventory lifecycle methodology can be applied all over the organization. With multiple clients using Telemanager to manage services outside the scope of telecom, our roadmap and client experience is leading us to fill gaps between ERP, ticket, IT service, and expense management platforms.

Cimpl Annual Customer Forum allows to learn and share best practices with other users on the importance to Take Back Control of organizations IT and telecom. This event will be held in separate regions and occur annually throughout Canada.
