Sommer’s presentation will also tackle employee accountability and inventory accuracy in large businesses.

Sommer said, “One of the biggest challenges in business today, is finding new operational efficiencies and cost savings, specifically in the IT environment. Technology is needed at all level of the enterprise and can no longer be effectively managed by one team, the entire organization needs to understand their behaviours and associated costs. Once visibility is given to the employee level, economies of scale are achieved and in turn provide the much needed funds to reinvest into strategic business initiatives.”
