Our happy customer is a global giant who processes and markets prepared and packaged frozen food. Their products are so well-known in Canada, the United States, and Mexico that we can safely call them staple foods. In fact, if you live in North America, the odds are very good that you’ve eaten some of their food at least once.

Now, you’d be right if you guessed that this level of success demands a lot of staff to carry out activities. Just for the Canadian side of the company alone, our customer has legions of employees manning offices and facilities all across Canada, including sites in Calgary, Montreal, Halifax, and Toronto. And in the last decade, they’ve been growing through mergers to meet the public’s expanding demand for their food products.

This, in turn, has meant that their internal demands for managing IT and telecom expenses has also been growing. It only makes sense, right? All major modern businesses need IT and business automation to increase their efficiency; and this need scales with company size.
