Do you ever forget to update your Wireless inventory after you’ve ordered something? What about forgetting to note down an IMEI, an ESN or a SIN number? With our Retailer Integration process, no more worries!TEM Retail Integration

We are happy to announce that we provide integrated feeds with many retailers across the 3 main Canadian wireless carriers. In order to make the process work, we have leveraged Web Services & FTP technology to get daily/weekly feeds from many of its clients’ retailers. The feeds contain information which gets pushed directly into their client’s Telemanager databases.  Therefore, there is no longer a need to manually update the Wireless fleet inventory.

What are the benefits for integrating retailers into your process?

  • Improved data integrity:  less manual intervention = less errors
  • Reduction on the amount of time spent updating the wireless fleet inventory
  • Easier tracking: know exactly when your orders were completed and what equipment was sent

Safe, secure & accurate – what else can you ask for in a TEM?
