Why Cimpl Clients Love Telemanager So Much

As Cimpl held a few customer forums throughout the year, we took this opportunity to interview some of them who actually were delighted to share their experience.

IT cost transparency

Here, John Lee enthusiastically discusses his extended experience with Cimpl, as well as with Telemanager, Cimpl’s software platform (at the time).

In the interview, Lee describes himself as a repeat offender, as he first got involved with Cimpl five years ago with another company. In other words, Lee bought Cimpl twice, with two separate companies in two separate industries. He notes that with both companies, he had the same “end game vision of transparently getting this information out to my constituents.”

When asked to choose one word to define Cimpl (then known as Etelesolv, John Lee opts for “openness”. According to Lee, “Etelesolv gives the ability to transparently and openly tell [end constituents] what they are consuming and thus makes the engagement with the end users a much more pleasant experience”.

Telemanager manages the company’s voice, data and wireless expenses. Currently, Cimpl is entering the third phase of implementation with SNC-Lavalin, which entails management of the company’s wireline expenses. In the near future, four other categories of services will be added to the scope of the telecom expense management system.
